Rafael P Motta

Deadbeat dad, Rafael Paiva Motta, has been living in Miami FL with his girlfriend selling luxury homes and condos while he allows his 2 children to be homeless. He has cut off all contact and support for his children for the past 3 months.

am posting on this site as I believe the more avenues taken to collect child support payments–means our children can have the childhood they deserve–especially our son who is on the spectrum.
If John M. Leonard “Jack” paid his court-ordered child support obligation, I would be able to provide our son with the services and education he needs and deserves–studies show that receipt of child support has a positive effect on academic achievement and improves young children’s cognitive development.
Since 2011, despite having a court-ordered child support obligation, John Leonard has made three payments in child support.
In a court motion (Case No. 12D3805), John states he has an inability to pay his support obligation because he lost his securities license and further states he only made $3,500, prior to business expenses and taxes. He states he is unable to obtain gainful full-time employment because of federal tax liens, foreclosure proceedings, and license revocation which appear on background checks and credit reports.
Interestingly, articles on the Web show that John made substantial amount of money. However, in an unethical manner.
The harm caused to John’s children and other members of the community speak volumes why I have decided to post on this site.
A judge in federal court in Abilene last week entered a final judgment against three men in a fraudulent oil and gas investment program.
Judge Sam R. Cummings found that Paul R. Downey of Naples, Florida, and his son Jeffry P. Downey of Abilene misrepresented their company, Quest Energy Management Group Inc. of Albany, to raise $4.9 million from 17 investors.
Furthermore, John M. Leonard of Naples and Chicago made $406,000 in commissions while working as an unregistered broker soliciting investors for Quest.
“Cummings ordered the Downeys to give up the $4.9 million plus $1.1 million in interest. In addition, each was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $178,156, and each was barred from serving as officers or directors of any company that reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission”

Maybe he knows John M. Leonard as he conducts himself in the same manner. Lives the good life while his children are homeless.
